With dual tires on the rear axle, today's tractors quickly reach overall widths, making it impossible to drive on public roads. The newly developed hydraulic folding system enables for the first time a time-saving attachment and dismantling of twin wheels on the rear axle of tractors.
For transport on public roads, the twin wheels remain on the tractor and are folded behind the tractor cab. At the edge of the field, the swinging in and out of the cab is controlled. In this way, the twin wheels can be easily and quickly mounted by a coupling system to the rear wheels and are ready for use after a short time.
